What is the MELT Method?                   

MELT is an easy-to-learn, self-treatment program backed by cutting-edge research. A series of easy, precise techniques using simple, specialized soft body rollers and small balls are performed. My MELT Journey

As a long-time Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Movement Specialist, I have experienced and taught many self care and self healing approaches.  MELT has emerged in the past 5 years and I was delighted to discover MELT through a fellow health professional on a visit to San Diego. Ever since, I have been practicing and teaching others.

Of the many healing techniques available, it is the easiest, most time effective and enjoyable approaches I’ve found. On a personal level, I can share MELT was invaluable in my recovery from a broken bone in my left foot. I MELTed away the excess tension and pain in my left leg as well as throughout my body as a result of the trauma itself, and extensive compensation thereafter. MELT  helped to speed up the healing process of my broken foot as well.
